Fonia Session 7 – Guest: Xolisa

The seventh session of the Fonia Radioshow from December 7th, 2012 and our last show for this year. Two hours of beats, hop, breaks and much more with inannia and foolong.

This time we welcomed as our guest: Xolisa from Toronto, Canada. One of the new voices introduced this year, thanks to DJ Rahdu’s amazing album “On deck” on Bamalovesoul.

We had a nice interview all around hip-hop, the art of spoken word and, of course Toronto.

Thanks again and a deep bow to Xolisa (let us know whenever you plan to come to Europe!). Big thanks go to radio OKJ 103.4, Jena. Check as well and If you make it to Jena, please check as well the fatplastics record store!

Most of all, thanks for your support, it’s been an interesting year and we are looking forward to 2013 (then with a steady slot on radio OKJ each first friday of the month from 8pm – 10pm)

Be good to yourself!

It’s taken a whole lot of searching, experimenting and time, but I’ve finally been able to tap into a part of me I’m still not sure knew existed. One that feels right, and sounds even righter [yes, in this bio of mine, ‘righter’ will be a legit word].
Wherever this truth takes me, let my music be sincere and my efforts be just as such. Thank you for listening, more music on the way.
